Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and industrial construction projects. You’ll work closely with owners, subcontractors, field superintendents, and vendors to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

• Prepare project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and municipal authorities.

• Issue subcontracts and purchase orders, and track project costs and change orders.

• Work closely with superintendents to ensure field work stays on schedule and within budget.

• Monitor jobsite progress and attend regular site visits and meetings.

• Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones with clients and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.

• Assist in bidding and estimating when needed.


Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management.

• Experience with construction project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking.

• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with construction software is a plus (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience working for a small-to-mid-sized general contractor.

• Background with metal building systems (Star, Butler, Varco Pruden, etc.).

industrial, and pre-engineered metal buildings. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship,

strong relationships, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. We're seeking a

hands-on, experienced Superintendent to join our team and lead projects from ground-breaking

to closeout.


Job Summary:

As the Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for on-site coordination, supervision, and quality control of all construction activities. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure each project runs smoothly and

meets company standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects.

• Manage jobsite safety, enforce safety policies, and conduct regular safety meetings.

• Schedule and oversee subcontractors, equipment, materials, and inspections.

• Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specs, and timelines.

• Maintain daily reports, site photos, and documentation.

• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients regarding progress and any issues.

• Solve problems in the field and make decisions to keep the job on track.

• Conduct jobsite walkthroughs and punch lists for project closeout.


Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction; experience with metal buildings is a strong plus.

• Proven track record of successfully managing construction sites.

• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and local codes.

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer and smartphone skills (email, photo documentation, project software).

• Valid driver's license


Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience working for or with a commercial GC.

• Knowledge of PEMB systems (e.g., Star, Butler, Nucor, etc.).
